What just happened to my shipping? reads “ Complete Order” only . But no way to purchase shipping label from anywhere

Complete means you already bought the label. You can buy up to 4 labels for each order by clicking the truck

Hi my page says “ New” and the shipping label option is not there at all. No Truck either. Nothing . Is this “ New” page under construction? I need it fixed soon. Thank you
