I’ve been trying to update my information (it shows I’m missing my phone number) and every time I try to submit it, it’s gives me an error message. It just says to try again later. I contacted customer support and told me they were aware of the issue and would resolve is soon. That was yesterday and it’s still not working…

This is what just worked for me: Change the individual to incorporated at the top of the page and then change it back to individual, (or vise versa) then type in your phone number and it saves.
