Tax info submitted shop still deactivated

• My shop has been deactivated for 16 days now due to tax reporting. I have already submitted all documentation as requested. I am getting email responses from them giving conflicting information and telling me to "retry". I cannot retry because that screen does not allow access.

All I had to enter was my SSN. Is that what you did?

Tax info or bank verification?

If tax info did you simply add your SSN or EIN?  If you are an LLC then did you fill in the rest of the information required for the state you are located in?  If you are a sole proprietor with an LLC, IRS does treat LLCs differently.

If the form of your name is not matching on documents and in your shop that may be causing the issue.

If you have tried too many times, you need to talk to Etsy and ask them to release so you can try again.

If you have an email from Etsy, reply back that you still need help.
