TRACKING PROBLEMS FROM/TO ITALY

Dear all,

I tried to contact Etsy support but a nice girl from India told me to write here so here I am.

On August 8 I received an order from Rome, Italy (I am from Florence). 

I shipped the jewels the day after the order and it arrived on time.

The client was very happy and want to leave a review but the tracking number was not recognized from Etsy sistems and so I contacted Etsy support (for the first time in August)

Your agent suggested me to put OTHERS in the courier space and add the RACCOMANDATA 1 tracking number.

My client fortunatly wrote successfully the 5 star review in september.

But the order seems still not shipped on time and for that reason I can't have my VENDOR STAR BADGE.

I am very pissed about it because I am promoting Etsy on Socials I do ADV on Etsy and on Socials. I am investing a lot on this and I am pretending my VENDOR STAR BADGE that I earned because I did everyting in the correct way!

Looking for a kind answer.

PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO CONTACT ETSY SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CANNOT HELP ME AND TO WRITE HERE.

You can mark the order complete yourself.  You don't need a tracking order to complete an order.

And without tracking it still will count as shipped on time for Star Seller fabulous program?

As I understand, that's the problem.

Hello,

the order is already completed.

There is not a valid tracking number (because Etsy didn't recognized the shipping number of RACCOMANDATA 1 - POSTE ITALIANE  so it seems to be "not shipped on time" and I can't get the badge.

Any suggestion?

Have you marked the order "Completed" and provided tracking number after the dispatch and within your processing time?

Yes without tracking it is "Not shipped on time" and I can't get the badge!

If the site didn't recognize your postal service automatically, you can select it manually. This site has never let me down.
The result, I hope positive for you, you need to sent as link, to Etsy support, through the chat e.g.

explain again and they must correct the data manually. Fingers crossed!

@MadulaJewels: "... but a nice girl ... told me to write here ..." Yes, Etsy Support and the Help Pages do send people here but this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

"... the tracking number was not recognized from Etsy ..."  Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the actual order.  An unsupported shipping company (check at https://www.aftership.com/carriers) or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

Poste Italiane is a valid shipping company on Etsy

I think it is because of Raccomadata 1, I had the same problem in June and I am only using the ordinary raccomadata. Can you track the order in Poste italiane web site?
