Since Sept 20th NONE of my tracking has updated on Etsy, on both of my shops I now have dozens of parcels stuck on "pre transit" even after all of them have moved, and some have arrived. I use CTT (Correos Portugal) post which has never had a problem updating on Etsy before. The tracking works fine on CTT, just not on Etsy. The connection seems to have been lost somehow.
I spoke with Etsy support on the chat and they did nothing. They were supposed to refer it on to the technical team but I don't think they did. This is really urgent, I need this sorted please Etsy!!
