In my shop, most of the items were shipped on time. All the shipping profiles have processing times. However, the on-time shipping shows that my score is 67%. I opened the document and I see that "ship by" time is missing on many orders. Which is the error of Etsy system itself. I contacted Etsy support and they said that it's the mistake of the system, but they can not do anything about it.
