So my etsy account got suspended for whatever reason. I didn't get a chance to really explain or defend myself. I don't even have the option to call them anymore. Even though there customer service is kind of a joke but it's been months I was dong alright. I dont sell anything crazier then ive seen people sell. It dosen't make sense. So now I'm still waiting on money . Will I still get paid? Or am I just at a loss.

What were you selling?
There are a lot of prohibited items, and if you don't read the rules very closely you may miss important details.
Just because you see others selling items doesn't mean the items are allowed (for example, there are still used underwear, dildos and drugs on here).
Seeing some of the things you were selling in cached versions of your shop, I can see why Etsy closed your shop.
You'll have to wait 6 months for whatever money you made. They'll hold it in case a buyer has a problem with the modded xboxes, 360 rgh, switch modded chip, and whatever else you sold and wants a refund.

Thank you for the only person to give me a straight answer with out being rude for lack of a better word.
The game companies generally don't like home-made mods, they would prefer you don't use them and really don't want you selling them, and with good reason. If you create a mod, they have no control over how it is made, how it is used, if it is safe to use etc. Players buy them and use them, but they relate that user experience with the game itself, and if something goes wrong, if their equipment is damaged, or even worse, they are injured, the first thought they have is to blame the game company.
Etsy will not risk the wrath of the big game companies, you cannot sell mods and the like here, Etsy will not take the risk of a lawsuit from the big boys for facilitating unauthorised mods. Think yourself lucky it was only Etsy that closed you down and not a lawsuit from the game manufacturer.
I don't think you have seen etsy. They're soooo man people that sell way worse a dime a dozen. That's it's insane how many people do it. And im I'm not scare of a game company coming after me for dead technology.
@TMPTECH But if that is still under copyright or trademark, you should be concerned. They can still file against you.
As to what you see on Etsy. just as many has been removed as are on Etsy. Every week Etsy removes sellers selling items that are using a company name or making items without license from the company. You are not the first this has happened to and not the last.
And people are not being rude. They are stating the facts of selling on Etsy.
