Hello All, I'm new to the Etsy seller shop & not sure what's going on, but my shop was immediately closed after I opened it? I see this happens a lot, but I heard it only takes 1-2 days to them to reopen it. I've been waiting 5 days now, & received nothing from Etsy as to why it was closed or possibly when it may be reinstated? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have emailed twice but no response... no other contact details so will try again

OP, be sure all your bank details match exactly your name on the Etsy account. Be sure you have a valid credit card listed that can be used for refunds and fees you owe. Request a callback by going to Help in the Etsy app.

It looks like your shop is permanently shut down!  Did you enter all required documents (ID, taxes, banking info, location, etc)?  All items must match each other ... you cannot have "Jane Doe" on 1 document and "Janet Doe" on another .. they each have to match EXACTLY.  Keep trying to reach out to Etsy and see if there is something they are needing from you.  Check your email spam/junk folder.  Maybe you missed a message from Etsy somewhere ... email, shop dashboard, messages.

@EternalFlowersByMeg  - If you have access to your shop manager, check to see if you have any banners in any of your shops sections - often it's in Finances. 
If Etsy needs any additional information from you, they may place a banner there.

The $15 start up fee is looking profitable for Etsy.
