@GailMadeByMe Scam. Your shop is open, not suspended. Once you agreed to communicate off of Etsy, and gave your banking details to a scammer, there is nothing Etsy can do now. Yes, they are very devious, and mimic Etsy Support. You need to contact your bank ASAP to let them know about this fraud attempt.
In the future, only real legit messages from Etsy will be under the "from Etsy" section in messages - which currently only shows on desktop, and not the Seller mobile app. All the rest should be marked as spam - for now, that's the only thing Etsy is telling us we can do.
