Suspended new store

A week after opening my shop was suspended. I do not sell any items that do not comply with Etsy's policies. I haven't violated any rules. My account has been suspended and I have not received any email notification. what can i do to get my shop back.

The message is from my Other PinkMoonCreationArt account because I can't attach messages from my suspended account.

Did you post your new store on your public profile page of this shop?
This is a requirement that all seller and buyer accounts be listed. 
I don't see another shop listed on your profile page on this shop you're posting from.

Were you selling the same types of items as you do in this shop?

Were you asked to verify your tax id and/or bank info?

No one can help on the forums, you'd need to contact Etsy through the help pages.

If you have more than one Etsy account, you must list all of them in the Public Profile section of each account.

Are the items in both shops different?  You cannot sell similar items in two shops.

Did you upload ID?  Did Etsy need business verification information?

Contact Etsy through the suspension article and ask for help.
