Hello family of Etsy,
Yesterday I have opened my Etsy account and listed my digital calendar on my shop.
1 or 2 hours later Etsy sent me a message saying that I have to pay for the deposit price to listing my product. So I have paid for it, then I started to wait for a while but there was no solution. My account was still suspended.
I have created 2 different tickets to solve it but I still couldn't find any solutions for it. Is there some way to get it to work?

@PlanWithMelissa : DO NOT open a new issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy will have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive. You may have to do this innumerable times before anything is done but do not give up.
It is hard enough receiving a real person on 1 ticket, if you open additional ones you will not receive a reply. Just keep replying to 1 ticket "still need help" eventually a real person will show up, not guaranteeing they will be knowledgeable though, some are outstanding others do not even know how your dashboard should look and give incorrect information because they are clueless

how much was it? do you mean the 0.20 listing fee?

Your shop is not suspended. I see your calendar and am also able to put it in my cart as someone else said. I can see that you have not finished setting up your shop (no location, no About section, no policies) but it is there.

As to the email you received asking for a deposit. Are you sure it was actually from Etsy? Lots of phishing scams mimic legitimate email addresses. You may want to double check this, especially if it asked you to pay via a credit card through the email. That is not how it works on Etsy.
Yes it was official Etsy and I have paid it after I have received your replies guys. Right now Etsy has finished suspension of mine!
