Question…I submitted a support ticket and then got the follow up email saying it was received and to respond to the email if that auto generated email didn’t solve my question.
I did this, and the ticket now says it’s been “completed”. But I never heard from anyone. It said I could always open a new request. Which I did. A few minutes later it’s automatically marked as closed. What’s going on?
When you get the autogenerated response you need to scroll to the bottom and click where it says "I still need help". That should keep your ticket open. If you do not receive an autogenerated ticket I don't know of anything you can do except start all over again, which it sounds like you may have done??? Sorry I am not more help.
Did you respond on the same email? If not then Etsy closed it.
You need to reply on that generic email to keep it open.
IF closed, you will need to start over.
