Support page down?

Hi, I am trying to send a message to etsy support as my company info has changed and I am unable to change my address (for some reason it is not in my account section?!) 

when I try and contact support I get a Whoopsie page .. It has now been doing this for a week as I figured it was a technical glitch and would be fixed... apparently not. 

Anyone got any ideas how to contact them when the only method to contact them they give you doesn't work?

The link works, thanks. I have been having issues connecting my GoDaddy account to my Etsy and I couldn't find a way to contact anyone because the Whoopsie this is still happening

I am getting the same issue. I have been getting the Whoopsie page on and off for several days.  I am having major problems as my customers cannot download their digital PDF's.  I cannot find a way just to send a message to support anymore, I can only find a support area that says leave phone number so they will call me back, and I never got a callback. Does anyone else have this problem?

I got this whoopsie error too, and got in going around it by I believe clicking on community help, etsy help and selling on etsy in that order.
