I have been trying to contact support through 3 tickets now for the past month about not knowing what my previous bank account is to change it. They have not answered any of my tickets and I am not sure what to do next.
Can you contact the bank? Do you have any cancelled checks?
Also, if you ever had direct deposit on your tax returns or through your job (W2), look at them.
As an alternative, since your shop has no sales or history, you could open a new one starting afresh with your current bank account.
My issue is not that I cant remember my bank account, my issue is that Etsy is not responding to help tickets.
It's shameful, but they often don't respond.
Would you prefer a tarot reading or tea leaves for Etsy CS to know your bank account number? Not knowing your financial information is on you, bud.

I think part of the Plaid verification is they won't tell you what number they have on file since it goes against the idea behind verifying the number. This is probably why they are ignoring your requests.
My account number on etsy was slightly different than the number my bank gave so during chat it was a bit of a guessing game. They'd tell me the last four and whether there were zeros at the front or not. From there I had figure out what part of my account number they had on file. Eventually I got it.
Try contacting your old bank or looking for the documents others have suggested.
you need to keep 1 ticket going, if you open another one, the previous one is closed, and you are at the bottom of the pile again
when they reply with standard verbiage, you have to reply, saying it's not fixed your problem, keep with the 1 ticket, and it eventually goes up the chain.

@BurtDurt: DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, but once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.
Is your issue you don't remember WHICH account you used? Where is your money depositing? If you don't remember WHAT the account number is contact your bank to find out. Otherwise Etsy is not going to help you. They can't tell random people sensitive info in case that is not the correct person.
I see your shop is newish/no sales. You may need to try any bank account number you might have used. You get several chances before it freezes and even then you can come back later and try again.
