Why, when I’m a multiple month star seller with a 4.9 review rating does Etsy show a four star review in suggested reviews? Shouldn’t it be in everyone’s best interest to feature all of my recent five star reviews to boost sales?
The 4 star is the last one posted with the last date you received a review of an item. It's the most current. Older reviews are not as relevant.
No it isn’t, I have five five star reviews posted after it that show after it on the suggested view. It doesn’t make sense.
The review says one had flaws so it might not be in everyone's best interests that it is hidden.
