Suddenly can't fill orders!

I have 2 orders that just came in. The payments were processed, so I'm assuming I haven't been kicked off the platform. BUT...I am not able to fill the orders because the billing address is blank, the item details are blank, no weight or package measurements, and there is a grey box that says "No delivery services are available for your package settings." The only thing that shows up on the order page is the shipping address, and that is it. HELP!! I promise shipping within 24 hours so I need to get these out! The first one I thought was just a glitch, but I just got a second order with the same issue!!!

I'M FREAKING OUT a bit!!! Thanks for any suggestions, help, thoughts, calming mantras.....

I should add, I have had my shop for 5 or 6 years, no issues. All my bank info is confirmed.

You need to manually add the information.

It won't allow me to. The missing billing address just below the name of the purchaser is a locked field. It won't allow me to process anything without this information.

So the SHIPPING address is provided, but the Billing Address (on the left side of the page) is blank and is locked. I tried to just type in the shipping address and it won't allow me to do so.

I think my issue is related to an existing glitch with shipping presets going haywire (but I'm locked out of some fields). Gosh....hope this doesn't rob me of a star!

Etsy is rolling out more new changes which means there will be more problems with the site than usual.  And there have been quite a lot lately!  

Yours does sound like it's part of the shipping preset info glitch.  If you haven't already done this, try closing your browser and reopening it to try again.  Use Chrome as your browser if you can.  I think it's etsy's preferred browser.

This is a known glitch on Etsy Labels. Try Pirateship.com - it works correctly there.

you're a star seller, contact Etsy Chat via the icon in your dashboard and ask for advice.

Try Chrome, and deleting cache and cookies, refresh page or make a new start, maybe it helps.

I had this happen yesterday. I just filled in the package info - weight , measurement & method of shipping ( 1st class, priority, etc ) and then it allowed me to print. 

have you tried it ignoring the billing address on the left? i think it will auto populate once you put the shipping info in.

I just saw a post with a seller stating something similar but they said the orders are showing as "under review"
Note that this seller said the orders are marked paid and the money put in their account YET still they can't ship.  And this seller said they know that it's happened to others.

Thanks! I was able to get one of the labels to print, and I just used PirateShip for the other one. My gosh....this would be a LOT less irritating if I hadn't made $1,000s of dollars for Etsy, who then provides me with crap for service.

I'm another "vote" for Pirateship.    So many of my shipping issues went away after I migrated to them - I didn't realize how much I was fighting with Etsy labels (years ago) as it seemed like something went wrong every couple of weeks.     

Recently there was an update Etsy had done on their side but Pirateship didn't know about it.    I was able to contact PS support via chat and they waited on the messenger while I used the instructions they already had ready in the event more people had issues.   I was printing labels within 5 minutes and that included the pirate-speak lingo.
