Suddenly Account suspended with no reason

Hello, I opened this Etsy store in 2023 to sell my own digital products. However, my store has been suspended. And not received any email I thoroughly reviewed Etsy's policies and terms of use, and I'm confident that I haven't violated any of them. Thank you

Solid you have licensing to use the Canva trademark to profit commercially silly?

If you didn’t, or violated their trademark usage policies, that could have been the reason.

Are you sure that whatever agreement you have with Canva allows you to use their name and / or logo to promote your business and items? You're located in India and your shop shows only the Paypal payment option.  Weren't you required to enroll in Etsy Payments?  This is assuming your shop wasn't closed for infringement.

''Etsy Payments with a Payoneer Payment Account is required if you're a seller in these countries. As of January 31, 2024, your shop will be suspended until you enroll in Etsy Payments.''
