Stuck on vacation mode

Hi, I was put on vacation mode nearly 2 weeks ago concerning a private listing not having a shipping profile selected. I never notice the warning.

I fixed the issue and gave Etsy an email telling them I've updated the listing and to please take me off vacation mode.

I haven't heard back from anyone for 2 weeks. It becoming a worry because I'm losing out on orders over a private listing that didn't even sell.

Is there anyway to talk to a real person?

Did Etsy tell you the vacation mode was because a listing didn't have a shipping profile?  Usually, when a shop has that particular Shop Announcement it's because Etsy needs ID or some other information.  Maybe they're waiting until you submit the licensing agreements you have with the various movie companies?

Everything is verified on my end. Even checked my Credit card on file. I am just not sure what's happening. They close my appeal request and left open an old ticket.

@filmandpopshop   You may be on vacation because we are not allowed to use movie titles. So many are trademarked.
