Stuck in vacation mode

I have been stuck in vacation mode for over 3 weeks.  I have tried contacting Etsy support, I have never seen such horrible customer service options for sellers.  I have sent in my irs documents with Business name, EIN,  my state business registration.  I had just made top seller and now can’t sell anything.  
There have been numerous shops that have had the same issue.  Can someone please help me??

Wondering if your IP infringements and questionable handmade items might be involved, along with the ID issues that would be part of forced. action mode.   Are your snow brushes handmade or over 20 years old?

Yes the hockey stick snow brushes are hand made and new.

If not Etsy may be considering them counterfeits and based on other posts Etsy does not seem to view support requests from shops that appear to be in violation of Etsy Terms of Use or the law as a priority.

My issue is from adding my LLC information.  I’ve added everything and sent them my documents.  But can’t get any help on what apparently isn’t correct.
