Stuck in forced vacation mode

I had a good few months with Etsy in 2024, so I decided to open an LLC for my shop. I went to update my tax info in Etsy, and my information could not be verified, so my shop went to forced vacation mode. So I switched everything back to my personal info but didn’t fix the forced vacation mode. 

Please, Etsy, I need help resolving this!
