I am wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this?
I just went to check on the whereabouts of a purchase I made. I clicked on the tracking and up pops my dashboard! On the dashboard under, Orders, it says that I have one. However, in reality I have 18 orders.
I tried this a few times with same results. I also tried this with other purchases I’ve made and the others come up with a blank page.
Sounds like you need to reboot your computer or browser. If using the app on the phone, uninstall and reinstall the app.
I think it means you have a new one since the last time you visited.
