Strange message from Etsy ?

I received the following message from Etsy ,

PS: The message in question did not come from Etsy, and we have already actioned the account attempting to impersonate admin.

Is this realy from Etsy? why should they ask for my email address, I do not trust this at all .

Its a scam, do not give them any information, put it in your spam folder so Etsy can remove the user

Its not from Etsy, but a scammer, do not reply mark as SPAM.

Glad I came here to check because I also got one. Clicked on the name and it came up as Uh Oh...aka Etsy already removed the scammer and I moved their message to spam
