Storewide sale not showing up in my shop, even though it shows as "active"

I put a storewide sale in my shop yesterday and the sale did not show up at all. All items showed full price. So I ended the "sale" early and reset a new sale. The same has happened. No sale is showing in my shop, even though it shows as active. Is anyone else experiencing this??

Are you sure you entered it as a sale and not a coupon?  I see you have at least one active coupon.

I definitely entered it as a sale. 20 percent off storewide.
