Store suspended after first sale

Hello everyone
Why the store will be suspended two days after the first sale, I hope the majority of sellers can explain to me,
The product is a POD
The design copyright is designed by myself, but the production packaging is done by my partner

My sister's store's first sale has been suspended, and my store has no sales at present. I am worried that I will be suspended after the first sale like my sister, so I would like to ask you the reason for the suspension

All I can suggest is that she look for any communication from Etsy.  It is very possibly a  banking or credit card problem.

Nobody here can tell you. There are many ways to get suspended. If she was using TMed or Copyrighted images, some POD providers will not print those and will suspend the user  and when they do Etsy will suspend them too. Or it could be a financial set up issue..No telling. She needs to contact Etsy and ask why. If she uses your computer/wi-fi Etsy can see that as a linked shop and also close your shop. If she is at your house and logs into her shop via your computer that can be seen as a linked shop. If you live at the same house that can be an issue. If you don't live at the same house and have kept everything separated there should be no issue. Only Etsy knows/can help her. We can just guess. They do not help suspended shops via forum posts.

She's not at my house, she's married at his husband's house
Her product is also a POD and the illustration design is done by myself. We use FOTOR to complete some design illustrations by ourselves

If she is a new shop it may just be a set up issue.

Perhaps your bank account requires verification. Get help from Etsy.

@floresnnn: From looking at the many threads about stores being suspended after the first sale, it seems to be that Etsy does not verify some information until AFTER that first sale and then requires additional information from the seller. There is no phone number for Etsy, but you can often request a call back through the help pages.

@floresnnn  - Are you in the USA? Or are you in a different country? I ask due to the odd prices I see - $28.48, $1.79. I usually do not see these amounts (the change shown) unless there is a currency exchange needed.

Note, it is okay for you to have a Production Partner in the US - but - you do need to show your shop's real location on your main page.

So, if you & your sister are in a different country, then Etsy does have different requirements for non-US shops. I think they can be opened without any bank information &/or other things?? But once a shop has a sale, Etsy will pause the shop &/or hold funds until they receive this info. from the shop owner. 

Your sister will need to contact Etsy to get the reason behind the issues with her shop.

Your sister should check her emails (inc. Junk mail). Etsy have probably asked for ID documents.
