Store still in vacation mode after 3 months

We get an email in October 2024 to verify the business information, so we do, and then the store gets closed and forced into vacation mode after being active and successful on Etsy for 4 years. Possibly over a mismatch in a number or an address from what was originally submitted at account creation 4 years ago. We can't edit the business information anymore as we tried 3 times. And we submitted every possible document they could possibly need to manually verify the business information. No one has responded in 3 months, and we have been sending a follow up message almost every day. What a complete nightmare it has been to be an Etsy seller and have such a disgraceful lack of support.
