Store Still on Vacation Mode After Verification

Hello,

I recently opened my shop on Etsy, and I understand that it remains in vacation mode for the first two days while my documents are being verified. After completing the verification process, I received an email confirming that my shop was successfully reviewed and that I can now use it.

However, my shop is still showing as "temporarily on vacation," and my listings are not visible to buyers. Additionally, I received a refund for the shop setup fee yesterday, which has left me even more confused.

I don’t understand why my shop is still not functioning properly. Please clarify the situation and disable vacation mode so that I can start selling.
