Store Star Rating

I have been on etsy for about 10 years and this is a first ...

Recently, my store's star rating changed to 1 star which is incorrect!  I have contacted Etsy support and they suggested I post here. 

How can I have my star rating updated to where it should be?

You have just two reviews within the last 12 months, both 1 stars.  The shop star rating is based on a rolling 12-month period and your other reviews were all dated 2023 and earlier.  The October 2023 reviews dropped off a few weeks ago.
