Why would you want to do this? Customers have a right to know where they are purchasing from as well as knowing if they would be subjected to import duties

You can edit this as mentioned above , however a lack of transparency to potential customers regarding this may result in fewer sales for you.
Aside from being honest about where you are, without a shop location, you will be filtered out of searches.
