It has been over a month and they have still not fixed my problem. I've sent numerous emails I've left a bad reviews and they still won't fix the issue. Why is support not helpful? Anyone else have problems that they've been waiting on for months for solutions? I'm still waiting for answers from help request from April. Very frustrated they made no effort to fix this

It took 2 months for them to fix a tech issue for me once, but yours is way longer. I would politely call tech support to talk to a real person. Maybe even request that they put you in touch with the tech department?
I have found 'chat' to be most successful for me when I needed help.
