Stats vs. Etsy Ads

Not sure if it's a glitch or not, but my stats haven't moved for about the last hour. When i refresh my ads/money spent that goes up but not my stats. Favs are showing up however. Is there something i'm missing.

Also i set up my ads for the same amount today as yesterday. No sales and a little less money spent so far. Yesterday i had 4 sales.

@DebbieCrochets: Etsy stats are rarely real time and often update periodically. Ad spend will depend on the number of ads clicked on. Number of ads clicked on will depend on listing placement. There are plenty of threads in this forum about how erratic Etsy search results have become.
