Stats Say Missing Tracking For 3 Orders That Have Tracking Added

I have 3 orders on Star Seller stats claiming missing tracking info...all 3 have tracking numbers added (2 of which track and say delivered and 1 was just the other day and still says pre-transit but USPS shows delivery date and acceptance).

Not shipped late, tracking added the day it shipped and they were typed correctly and they track.

@DaydreamArtCompany: Recent orders may take 24 - 48 hours to update after the package has been scanned, but there have been reports of issues with AfterShip correctly updating some orders since late September. We have six orders that fell into that black hole. All we can hope for is that one of the Etsy people who check this forum are able to get someone to update them.

This seems to be a known issue.. lots of other posts on this same problem. I have had this happen every day this week. Of the 3 packages I shipped today-- one shows with no tracking.. Yet the tracking is on the listing and it is moving thru the USPS system. The tracking number was put into the listing mid afternoon and the package was at the PO way before it closed for the day. 

I have no idea why this just started happening. Never had this happen before this past week. Now everything I ship.. it tells me there was no tracking on it and it dings my SS percentage. After I started complaining-- now it has been changing back to perfect the next day. Very frustrating.

It’s happening to me all the time. Some orders marked as No tracking.
Three packages I shipped yesterday one shows with no tracking.

@CoinsFantasy: Asa has been mentioned multiple times in this forum, they can be delay in the CSV file and order updating. It is often dependent on when the package is first scanned.

I just got my star seller status and it states that four of my packages (all the same day) were not tracked on time. They were !  As of today it appears they all have been delivered.  This is concerning. We have maintained 100% tracking until now.

I am not talking only about my last packages, I have this problem multiple times, from 1 week ago, 2 weeks ago, 3 week ago, and so on... Dont tell me its delay in the CSV file and order updating, because it's never updated.
And all my orders shipped with tracking number without exception. I checked and verify every order when I entering the tracking number.
It's something wrong in your system.

I got the same thing. 3 orders show missing tracking, I did provide them though, and they just showed on Etsy tracking history itself. But I still got 3 missed... I contact Custom Support, they just say understood, and encouraged me to post here... that is it... hope the Etsy could fix ASAP. I really do not want to lose the star badge because of system bugs. Hope you guys good luck too.
