I have talked to Etsy twice with no resolve and told everything looks normal. I have 4 digital shops total and have been on Etsy for a long time. I feel like I am pretty aware of SEO, opening new shops and how stats work. Since opening my last shop I feel like it has been shadow banned somehow, if that is a thing? I have been putting up a few listings a day with little to no views and very little sales. This is not normal with any of my other shops. I really think there is something odd going on with this particular shop ever since opening it.
Here are the problems.(STAT problems are on both the app and logged into my dashboard on a computer) First someone will favorite an item but it will show no views or visits. I have even had purchases on an item and it still shows no views or visits. Next, someone will favorite an item and it will not show on news and activity. The app wont send any notifications for this shop but notification work for all of my other shops. Yes i have done lots of troubleshooting with the app and notifications are turned on. The stats are super random on this shop and a few will actually show up but most don't. I went and did a test from one of my other accounts. I favorited items from my other shops, notifications, stats, news and activity all work properly. But, when doing the same thing on this new shop I get no notifications, no stats or news and activity.
I am just hoping since Etsy cant seem to help that someone may have had this problem and found a fix. I really do think it is affecting my sales and being found on Etsy.
