Stats Not Working

7.8.2021 - 8.5 Hours No Stats, Graph is Totally Blank/No information Available. Dashboard has Activity.

We had an issue with the stats not going back further than the first 10 results, despite having about 23 live listings. However; the issue sorted itself out the following day and we never got to the bottom of why it did it. Not the answer you wanted I'm sure, but maybe it will sort itself in a day or two.

Oct. 5, 2021 - Today No Stats 7.5 Hours, Blank Graph, Activity on Dashboard, Fav's.

I’ve been having this issue too for the past few days! Says my views are up, but won’t tell me on which items, times, etc. it’s super weird. 

Maybe they’re doing something on the backend?

Nov. 12, 2022 Stats Graph Flatlined, on our Shop Mgr. Dashboard Stats overview for Today shows Views activity. Why does Dashboard work but then on Stats Graph is not Today? Something is Wonky Humm...
