Stat data and Star Seller

I changed my currency from $ to £ in my store and lost all my previous stats. I even lost the data belonging to the Star Seller program. The monthly number of orders and the amount of sales do not match the reality. What can I do?

@MadebyShila: Based on other posts in this forum, it appears that when you change currency for your shop it resets the Star Seller order quantity and volume stats to zero.

Yes, but I don't know why it affects the number of sale and stats!

The why is because that's how Etsy's programming works. Basically when you changed the currency, it reset everything within the SS metrics.

Because some of the metrics thresholds are currency based, it will not count orders and sales amount from 2 different currencies.

So, the Etsy program is not working well and needs to be fixed. I must start again from zero, like every year after search engine optimization. I can drop more than ten years in the trash. So sad

You only lost data in the SS for the past 3 months. Not sure what the 10 years you are talking about is in regards to. You still show almost 5k sales, so you didn't lose the whole history of your shop, you only lost what was being counted towards star seller for the past 3 months. 

And I wouldn't count on Etsy fixing it. They supposedly fix things based on a priority of how many sellers are affected. I don't think the number of sellers changing their currency is high enough for this to be a priority fix.

I lost all the data for the items My statistics refer to the time after the currency exchange.

Ok, maybe I don't understand. I've never changed my currency and haven't seen it first hand. I've only ever seen people complain that their metrics for the SS were affected, I've never seen anyone say all their stats were wiped out.
