Hi,
I am trying to start an Etsy shop (it's my second shop) and for some reason this time, Etsy sent me an email with the main request being.."In order to sell on Etsy, please upload a copy of a government-issued business verification document here for us to review. " The word "here" has a hyperlink that takes me to my finance section with no button to upload anything. I managed to find an Etsy live chat icon (which I've never been able to find again) and the person on the live chat agreed that this is a problem and referred me to someone higher up and that they would contact me via email. I've received nothing.
As a result Etsy have put this new shop in Holiday mode and I cannot get it out of this mode.
Does anyone know how I can get some support regarding this issue from Etsy?
Today I used the email contact support section in which I uploaded the company registration certificate from my country. This was about 7-8 hours ago and it's still locked. Any advice would be appreciated.
