Start seller badge not showing

Hello, 

I have 100% response rate, 5.0 reviews rating, 100% on time dispatch, sales over £200 (minimum requirement is £200), and 6 orders in total and the order minimum is 5. 

My star seller badge is not showing, it shows an exclamation mark on the no. of orders. Does anyone know why is this? How to resolve this?

Has it been 90 days since your first sale? That is a requirement for star seller.

SS is from the time of first sale.  For May look at the last CSV.  Chances are you did not make it for May.  Come June you will.  SS is awarded only monthly.

The Stars for May were calculated on metrics for Feb, March April

How many Sales / Revenue did you achieve in those three months?

Was May 1st at least 90 days after the date of your first sale?

If you have achieved the required milestones since 1st may, then you will get the Star on 1st June.
Stars are not awarded mid-month

It will do so until you reach 90 days from the date of your first sale.

The next 1st of the month after those 90 days will be the first badge you'll be able to receive.
