So, my Dear Etsy Support. You finally reactivated my messaging after I raised 5 tickets and you silently closed 4 of them with no response and I still have no response from you why this has been blocked as I have read the policies etc and see no violations, so I consider this to be a side effect of your experiments with messaging system. I have disabled the Thank You messages and now send them personally. But anyway. When I was muted with messaging for 5 days I received customers messages which I was unable to respond withing 24 hours impacting my StarSeller ranking. I have no idea what you will do (probably nothing as usual) but I want my rating back.
As you announce everywhere that typical response time is 1-2 days and simply resolve-closing the tickets automatically after 2 days not to spoil statistics.
So please respond here. Let us make this public.
P. S. Smart comments like "You were muted because of policies etc" are not welcomed.
P. P. S. Previously after whining here I had my messages unlocked in an hour but my sales dropped drastically for two days.
