Why am I not getting the Star Seller badge?

After checking your shop's homepage: Bojelledecor, it appears that you're only missing the Message response rate badge. Please remember that your response rate shows the percentage of initial messages that you reply to within 24 hours in your current 3-month evaluation period—just the first message, not ongoing conversations.
This includes when a buyer reaches out multiple times in different threads, or if another seller messages you. Any initial message counts towards your response rate. Your response rate does not include messages marked as spam, and marking a message unread doesn’t count that message as “new” again (and doesn’t restart the clock).
For a detailed breakdown of the messages that were counted in your Star Seller, you can download the CSV file by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the Message response rate tile > selecting the Export link next to Message breakdown.

We can't see your stats, so only you know that.
Looks like you missed the messages requirement.
Go to the star seller page and click on last review period. You can them download your messages and see which ones weren't answered in the 24 hour period. You have to either respond to a message, or mark it as spam. This includes all messages, even if it was a duplicate message, a message from a seller etc. They all need a response.
