For shipping it is showing several items without tracking and I always send the tracking number. And it shows I didn’t respond within 24 hours. I typically respond within minutes unless the order comes in the middle of the night and then it’s first thing in the morning. Can someone help me understand what is going on?
For tracking - are you using Etsy labels? For the messages, download a CSV and it will tell you which ones.

do you enter it in the tracking field, when you mark it as complete?
@OneHeartBeatRocks: As mentioned above, check the applicable CSV files for messages and shipping so you can tell exactly what Etsy thinks is "wrong".
For the tracking, if the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. If those are correct usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.
