Hello! We have not received a star badge due to our messaging response rate is not at 95%. We have answered all messages right away within the 24 hour window and our messaging rate went from 94% to 92%. Please advise what we are doing wrong. Thank you
Download your message history for the previous period to see what messages were not responded to within 24 hours.
As of today the stats were dropped from the 3rd month prior so you had some messages drop off and your average will change (It updates the 1st of every month).
My message response rate is INACCURATE!! I respond to all messages within 24 hours!!! ETSY YOU ARE SCAMMERS!
@ClushApparel @DeCarliFarms : Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service page (previous period for September 1st Star) to see what Etsy thinks was unanswered or answered late during the three month review period? When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) are updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not.
Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
