Star seller

My star seller targets were met for this month I had 100% dispatch and 100% message replies and 5* reviews yet my dispatch badge was not awarded which meant that according to etsy I did not meet the target to get the star seller badge which I clearly did. I've contacted support every day for the last week but nothing has been done to correct this.

The star seller counts 3 months not one. Etsy support will not get involved in star seller.

Be sure that you are looking at the PREVIOUS Star Seller period, NOT the current one. The page automatically displays the CURRENT period by default.

It's not just the three metrics that are taken into account - it is five.

Have you been on Etsy for 3 months?

Have you made $300US in sales in those 3 months?

to add: don't open a new thread every day. Just keep responding to the first one ONLY after reading the star seller guide to see if you do indeed merit the purple star.

Can I ask why you didn't respond to that string of 1 star reviews earlier in the year though? Is it too late to do so? It would really benefit your future buyers to see how you resolved those issues in a positive manner. Were cases opened as a result of any of those transactions? That could affect a seller's missing star status permanently.
