Star seller

I am still not a star seller from the only one reasonand it is that I did not respond to all messages in time. I checked all messages and I saw that I responded to all. Only I did not respond are messages where cheaters were asking for my email. Maby the problem is cause at the beggining I did not recognaze it as a sam and did not mark them as a spam. So I believe that answering to messages should not take me the opportunity to be a star seller.

You must either reply to ALL messages or mark as spam.

@magyartist: Unfortunately, as it says right on your Star Seller page and elsewhere, you need to reply to (or mark as SPAM) the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else.

This was a mistake on your end. You either have to respond or mark them as spam. The system is automated, they are not looking at 7 million shops and seeing if the reason they aren't eligible for one of the metrics is because of something like a spam message. They are relying on you (all of us sellers) to handle marking our own messages accordingly. If you don't, and don't get the badge because of it, then that is a mistake on your end to learn from going forward.
