Hi.. our star seller tracking info is wrong. It's still taking 5 orders which were sent out in November into account which is showing us at 90% instead of 100%. We are missing out on our star seller due to this. How do we get this changed?
It is calculated over the last 3 months, so November would not be your problem
Which metric do you think is wrong? Tracking or reviews?
