Went to Usps today and shipped  2 boxes. Shipped them and came home put tracking in as  I always do. Stats show 2 orders with no  tracking !!! Etsy is a complete  utter mess.

It doesn't always update automatically, especially when tracking is entered manually. 

But before it's too late, just double check you chose the correct shipper and there are no errors in the tracking numbers. 

If everything is correct, it should right itself within 48 hours.

@chsfoodie: As suggested, make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available.

Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? A order still in "pre transit" usually means that the tracking information AS ENTERED has not yet, or cannot be, validated. What happens when you click on the tracking number link on the order?

Star Seller stats and the associated CSV file seem to updated once per day so there may be an additional delay.
