I’ve had perfect score from the last 3 months which was due 31st August. It’s now saying today (1st) up until 30th September. I don’t understand why it hasn’t kicked in today.

When was your first Order? For SSP the data relates to the immediate, past 90 Days beginning with your first Order. If your first Order was in June, then the 90 days will reset in September and you will receive the appropriate Badge/s on 01 Oct

Also, it looks like you are looking at "Current Review Period data" (to 30 Sept) which relates to the Badge/s to be awarded 01 Oct.

For the Badge/s awarded 01 September, you have to look at "Last Review Period" data on SSP Page. If it shows "Pending" this means that the 90 day period has not yet passed.

@EDivaDesigns: As mentioned, is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of the month - using data from the previous three months. But as has been pointed out,  you might want to worry less about Star Seller and more about finding a good attorney in case the Disney Corporation comes after you.

The star seller is awareded based on the three months from the first sale.

Are you aware that Disney items or use if Disney logos may be trademarked and therefor not free to use unless you have a license from Disney. Your About page would be a good place to discuss your creativity and any licensing you may have.

And without proper shop policies including return policy that could mean any buyer not happy could get a refund.
