I missed star seller I wasn’t asked a question I was sent a link of where to get the item I purchased not from my shop. I answered all question that was sent to me within 24 hours

If you receive a spam message you have to either put it in spam for it not to go against you

The star seller rules have been clear for 2 years now.
You must reply to ALL NEW messages or mark as spam.

It doesn't matter who the new message is from a customer, a scammer, a friend or a seller thanking you for your purchase, you have to reply or mark or spam.

You can try marking that message as spam and see if the SS metrics update.
