Hello 

I was hoping  I will get a star seller 1 of March because I had already 94 % and sold and dispatched another 5 prints 

And now what I got ? 92 % 

Why it becomes from 94 to 92 % specially if always buying postage labels on Etsy and dispatched it nex day.

I am disappointed and can understand nothing

Because at the start of every new month, the stats for one of the previous 3 months drop off the calculation. The badge for March was based on performance in Dec, Jan, Feb. The next badge, for April, will be based on Jan, Feb, March.
