For some reason Etsy is not updating my star seller rating, I have been on 94% for the longest time no matter how manymessages I respond to ontime!  I missed 1 message and not moving from there! How do I go about this?

It's only counting messages in brand new conversations. So if you are having ongoing conversations, it's not going to change anything. If you start a conversation, it's not going to change anything. 

It can take 3 months to recover from a missed message, depending on how many new messages you get.

@CharmontDesign: Take a look at the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page. It will tell you which first message(s) of a new thread Etsy is considering for your stats. Remember that the CSV file is in UTC and not your time zone.
