I’m frustrated because Etsy is calculating my seller stats wrong. I have never replied longer than 24 hours to a message from a customer.

Download a CSV for your messages so you can see which ones

@SleepSweetPetBeds: Look at the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see which messages Etsy thinks you answered late. Remember that the CSV file is in UTC not in your time zone, and that only the first message of a new thread counts for Star Seller.

Did you know ? ... you have to answer ALL messages, no matter if it's from a buyer or a seller!

You have to respond to messages you’ve received from sellers too. The requirement is that you respond to ALL initial messages or mark it as spam.
