How can you email etsy??

They incorrectly did my message response. I have called 5 times only to be told it's a technical issue! This is so frustrating and wrong. I'm ready to quit being a seller

I don't know why you would quit just because of the star seller. It's so old now, I doubt many buyers even pay attention.

You only have the shipping badge, so you are missing both the messaging and the reviews badges.  Even if they did get your messaging data wrong you still fall short on the Reviews.  In Feb, Mar, April you had 14 reviews, and of those 1 was a 1 star, 1 was a 4 star and one was a 3 star.  That is 62 stars out of a possible 70, or 88%.
